Abstract
The paper presents diagnosis of organizational resources of farmers’ co-operative. The results show deficit in mutual fitting of dominant types of organizational culture with other elements of organizational resources. It relates mostly to general strategy and cultural orientation of co-operative. Additionally, the paper indicates absence of cultural differences relating to the subject of identification between common members and supervisory board.
