Abstrakt
W artykule zaprezentowano syntezę doświadczeń krajów Europy Środkowo- Wschodniej, które w początkach ostatniej dekady minionego wieku podjęły wyzwanie przekształceń własnościowych w rolnictwie swoich krajów. Podstawą przekształceń było przywracanie praw własności (restytucja) do gruntów rolnych ich byłym właścicielom lub nadawanie praw własności do gruntów innym uprawnionym beneficjentom transformacji. W artykule wyodrębniono cechy wspólne transformacji w wybranych grupach krajów oraz przedstawiono przykłady krajów realizujących koncepcję przemian odmienną od dominującego modelu transformacji.
