Model funkcjonowania firmy hodowlano-nasiennej w Polsce

In the paper, the final functional model of a plant breeding company in Poland was presented. The necessity of proper arrangement of a function of plant breeding environment was underlined including: research institutes engaged in a prebreeding, resignation from the breeding of commercial varieties and to organize of seed market. Plant breeding companies would be concentrated and international cooperation among them should be strength. Privatization would be the final target of re-organization of plant breeding companies in Poland.
