Efficiency diversification of food industry sectors in Poland

Abstract
The paper presents the analysis of efficiency diversification of food industry sectors in Poland. Among the benchmarks of efficiency management there were labour profitability and labour productivity included. This mesoeconomics analysis is based on statistical data for the years 2006-2008. Basing on research results there is found out a diversification of efficiency level between different food industry sectors, which is caused by technological diversification. The most efficient sectors were the oil sector and the animal feed sector.
